18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer. 2.Scheduled to undergo transabdominal radical hysterectomy or total hysterectomy ± bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, with pelvic lymphadenectomy ± para-aortic lymphadenectomy (at least up to the level of the inferior mesenteric artery). 3.Aged >= 18 years with clear consciousness. 4.Frailty level classified as mild or above. 5.Able to proficiently use a smartphone and WeChat. 6.Provides informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid severe medical conditions, such as heart failure or hepatic/renal insufficiency. 2.Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, mental illnesses, or language impairments.
