Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hemiplegia diagnosed as stroke, with the last illness in the chronic period (>6 months) after the onset of the disease; 2.Age 18-75 years old; 3. Vital signs are stable, the condition is stable, and tolerate low-intensity training; 4. Mini-mental state examination (MMSE)>=24; 5. Modified Rankin Score (mRS) 4-5; ? Understand the whole process of the trial and sign the informed consent voluntarily. ? Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) 4-5; 6. Understand the whole process of the trial, participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have a combination of severe pain or lower limb joint disease; 2. Those who have a combination of major diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and other important organs with reduced function or failure; 3. Those who have a severe cognitive impairment that prevents them from cooperating with the completion of the trial; 4.Recent (within 3 months) participation in other research intervention projects.
