Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine from December 2024 to December 2026; 2.age>=18; 3.Diagnosis refractory septic shock: Sepsis (meets Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria)+ persistent hypotension (vasoactive drugs are required to maintain MAP=65mmHg after full volume resuscitation;Noradrenaline dosage (total vasoactive drug conversion)>0.5ug/kg.min)+ Lac>2mmol/L+persistent organ dysfunction;Inflammatory mediators such as IL-6, PCT or transferrin increased significantly; 4.Informed consent of the patient or authorized person;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Cardiac shock; 3. Known allergy to cytokine adsorption filters; 4. ECMO treatment;
