Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with T2DM meeting the WHO 1999 diagnostic criteria [3]; 2. DFU classified as Wagner grades I-III, non-sinus tract wounds; 3. Aged over 18 years; 4. Willingly signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 2. Individuals with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate; 3. Patients whose wounds have undergone surgical treatments such as skin grafting; 4. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable for the clinical trial by researchers for other reasons.
