Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.Baseline perceived stress score >=28 (measured by PSS-14); 2.Diagnosis of HIV infection within =18 years; 4.Current residence within the municipal jurisdiction (including 6 urban districts and 3 counties) for >=6 months; 5.Ability to independently complete the survey; 6.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1.History of severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) or cognitive impairment; 2.Recent use of psychotropic medications (within the past 3 months); 3.Inability to use mobile devices or electronic communication tools; 4.Concurrent participation in other psychological interventions.
