Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients aged 18-80 years old, ASA grade I-II, who were diagnosed with head and neck tumors and planned to undergo surgical treatment in Wuhan University Stomatological Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not undergoing head and neck tumor-related surgery for the first time; 2. Non-primary head and neck tumors; 3. Chronic use or preoperative use of analgesics, psychotropic drugs, hormones or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 4. Chronic pain not caused by oral cancer; 5. Schizophrenia, history of severe dementia, or language impairment that cannot complete the preoperative assessment.
