Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) was diagnosed at 24-28 weeks. The diagnostic criteria for GDM were based on the diagnostic guidelines of the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Research Groups (75g-OGTT). 2. Aged 18 to 40; 3. Pelvic floor function tests should be conducted 6 to 8 weeks after delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known pre-pregnancy type I or type II diabetes, connective tissue diseases, neurological disorders, prolapse or anti-urinary incontinence surgery; 2. During the pelvic floor examination, accurate PFM contractions or maximum Valsalva movements could not be performed; 3. Premature birth; 4. Twin or multiple pregnancies.
