Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-III, age >= 65 years old, patient's communication skills are normal, consciousness is clear; Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in this study due to severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, and brain dysfunction; 2.History of allergies to soybeans, milk, propofol, sufentanil, or local anesthetics; 3.History of alcoholism or drug dependence; 4.Individuals with severe visual and auditory impairments or other factors causing communication difficulties; 5.Clearly diagnose obstructive sleep apnea;
