Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults or children with systemic lupus erythematosus who fulfil any one of the ACR 1997, SLICC 2012, or EULAR/ACR 2019 classification criteria and provide informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who decline to provide informed consent or from whom =80 % of the required core data elements cannot be obtained
