Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) stage Ia to IIIb, the diagnosis of lung cancer is based on the 9th edition of the International Lung Cancer Staging Criteria (TNM staging), combined with the results of imaging, pathology and laboratory tests; 2.Scheduled to undergo immunotherapy; 3.Through screening period examinations, including physical examination, vital signs, 12-lead ECG, infectious disease screening, and laboratory tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients who cannot tolerate tissue collection; 2. Patients who are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
