Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 : Males aged 22-40 years . 2 : In line with the WHO diagnostic criteria for infertility, the first diagnosis of mild to moderate oligoasthenospermia patients ( semen examination was 5 < sperm concentration < 15 × 10^6 / ml. Forward motile sperm 5 < PR < 32 % ) . 3 : Abnormal semen routine examination . 4 : Junior high school and above education level, can identify and understand Chinese, no communication barriers . 5 : Clear consciousness, no serious medical and surgical and mental illness history. 6 : Voluntary participation in the study and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 : People with other serious physical illnesses or drug dependence . 2 : Patients with mental disorders or recent psychological trauma. 3 : Severe oligozoospermia patients ( severe oligozoospermia is 0 < sperm concentration < 5 × 10^6/ ml ; severe asthenospermia ( PR < 5 % ) . 4 : Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia patients. 5 : Obstructive azoospermia patients. 6 : Patients with obstructive azoospermia or obstructive oligozoospermia due to organic obstruction of the reproductive tract caused by congenital ( absence or atresia of the vas deferens, etc. ) or acquired ( infection, trauma, surgery, etc. ) . 7 : Men with chromosomal abnormalities. 8 : Participate in other clinical drug trials or weight management intervention researchers.
