Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Wagner stage IV. 3. All the included patients underwent transverse tibial rotation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete occlusion of the popliteal artery; 2. Unable to tolerate surgical treatment; 3. Poor cardiac and pulmonary function, severe dysfunction of liver and kidneys.
