Control group:(1) Basic nursing (2) CDT demonstration and teaching
(3) Discharge guidance
(4) Follow-up after discharge.
Intervention group:On the basis of the control group, staged nursing intervention implemented by professionally assessed specialist nurses was added.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary lymphedema who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3.Capable of verbal communication and able to complete the assessment scales; 4. Voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with ulcers, trauma, surgery, infection or other diseases on the affected limb that have not yet healed; 2.Patients with edema caused by other reasons, such as cardiogenic edema, renal edema, edema due to venous insufficiency, malnutrition and venous thrombosis, etc; 3. Patients who are undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or have completed the full course of chemotherapy or radiotherapy for less than 3 months; 4. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to communicate normally with nursing staff or cooperate with treatment.
