Tumors 1 cm with potential malignancy, bile duct stones, gallbladder cancer at Stage I/II, and hilar cholangiocarcinoma (Bismuth-Corlette types I, II, selected type III, and selected type IV without portal vein or hepatic artery invasion). (3) Pancreatic Group: Resectable pancreatic cancer at Stage I or II (according to the 8th edition of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual); benign and malignant pancreatic tumors; pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors—functional types (e.g., insulinomas, gastrinomas), and non-functional tumors defined as 6 cm, or 3 cm; cytology suggestive of malignancy), solid pseudopapillary neoplasms, and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (absolute surgical indications: cytology suggestive of malignancy, presence of solid mass, jaundice, main pancreatic duct dilation >=10 mm, or enhancing mural nodule >=5 mm; relative surgical indications: cyst diameter >=40 mm, main pancreatic duct dilation 5.0–9.9 mm, serum CA19-9 >=39 U/mL, enhancing mural nodule =5 mm/year, or development of acute pancreatitis or new-onset diabetes); other benign or low-grade malignant tumors. 2. Age 18–75 years, regardless of gender; 3. Good patient compliance, capable of understanding the study procedures, willing to provide informed consent, and able to adhere to medical advice and attend scheduled follow-up visits; 4. Absence of severe systemic comorbidities.
