30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 30-75 years old; 2. First stroke; 3. Unilateral stroke; 4. Confirmed as swallowing disorder through swallowing contrast examination; 5. The rating of the Simplified Mental State Examination Scale is >= 24 points; 6. Can tolerate daily treatment doses; 7. Normal vision; 8. No contraindications for rTMS treatment (intracranial metal implants, implantation of pacemakers, clear history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy); 9. The course of the disease is 3-6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non first onset stroke; 2. There are other diseases that affect the patient's swallowing function (such as neuromuscular junction, cranial nerve disease, muscle disease, digestive system disease, respiratory system disease, organic lesions in the oropharynx, esophageal disease, etc.); 3. Implanting electronic devices or metal materials (such as pacemakers, orthopedic internal fixation, etc.) into the body; 4. Mental and psychological disorders; 5. There is unilateral spatial neglect; 6. Abnormal ophthalmic vision examination; 7. Not cooperating with treatment; 8. Coma; 9. Severe cognitive impairment; 10. Severe aphasia.
