Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-50 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-II; 3. Informed consent; 4. Voluntary participation in this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of central nervous system diseases, long-term use of drugs that affect neuropsychiatric system functions such as hypnotics, anxiolytics, and antidepressants; 2. Cognitive dysfunction; 3. Severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.; 4. Long history of smoking and alcohol abuse; 5. Severe visual or auditory impairments, communication barriers, inability to cooperate with the study, etc.; 6. Existence of underlying diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes; 7. History of alcohol or drug abuse, use of painkillers before surgery; 8. Allergy to medications used in this study; 9. Need to maintain tracheal intubation after surgery; 10. Severe anemia before surgery or need for blood transfusion during surgery; 11. Presence of coagulation disorders; 12. Pregnancy or lactation; 13. Patients who experience severe complications during anesthesia.
