Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates to 18 years old; 2.Voluntary signing of informed consent; 3. CHD diagnosed by ultrasound.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe neurological disorders, such as traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, intracranial infections, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, metabolic encephalopathy, or non-vascular white matter lesions; 2. Use of medications affecting cognitive function within 24 hours; 3.Severe systemic diseases or major organ dysfunction; 4.Contraindications to MRI examination, such as the presence of a cardiac pacemaker, rendering completion of cranial MRI impossible; 5. Comorbid psychological disorders (e.g., depression) preventing neuropsychological scale assessment or a history of mental illness; 6. Dementia, long-term use of medications affecting cognitive function, or other conditions causing cognitive impairment; 7. Known genetic abnormalities; 8. Clinically identified congenital infections; 9.Patients unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
