Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (for CRC patients): (1) Pathologically diagnosed as colorectal cancer; (2) No other malignant tumors or metastatic lesions; (3) No anti-tumor treatment received; (4) Complete clinicopathological data. Inclusion criteria (for colorectal adenoma patients): (1) Pathologically diagnosed as colorectal adenoma; (2) No malignant tumors or metastatic lesions; (3) No anti-tumor treatment received; (4) Complete clinicopathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with leukemia, lymphoma, abnormally elevated white blood cells, bone marrow transplantation, or those who have received white blood cell-containing preparations within 1 month; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgical treatment before specimen collection.
