Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.cytologically or histologically proven malignant tumors; 2.age 18 to 80 years old, both sex; 3.be able to feed by mouth; 4.be able to read and accomplish dietary self-assessment and questionnaires; 5.be conscious and able to answer questions independently; 6.be hospitalized >= 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.has been exposed to Simple Diet Self-Assessment Tool before; 2.severe mental disorders; 3.fasting for solids and liquids; 4.Patients with memory impairment; 5.deemed unsuitable for inclusion by investigators.
