Inclusion criteria: 1.ICU areas with detected MDROs in the environment; 2.ICU patients colonized/infected with MDROs; 3.Bacterial isolates available for genotyping analysis;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete or contaminated samples; 2.No available controls for comparison;
