Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with long-segment bone defects (>= 10 cm) after debridement for osteomyelitis; 2.Patients who received treatment with the Masquelet technique; 3.Patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in and cooperate with follow-up; 4.Patients who completed the two-stage treatment of the Masquelet technique.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete follow-up data; 2. Patients with bone defects caused by factors other than osteomyelitis.
