Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent form 2. Patients with residual in vitro cardiac tissue from routine diagnostic treatment during surgery 3. Age >= 18 4. No gender restrictions 5. Patients who visited Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2020 to June 2024 6. Patients who have undergone cardiac-related surgical or interventional treatment
