Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Students aged 11-15 who regularly use the Internet will be recruited for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those identified as having special education needs (SEN) will be excluded, as they may face challenges in following the trainer's instructions during the intervention.
