Inclusion criteria: 1?Percutaneous renal biopsy was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was minimal change disease. 2?Pre-treatment biochemical levels met the diagnostic criteria for nephrotic syndrome: massive proteinuria (>3.5g/d), hypoalbuminemia (plasma albumin =6 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1?Patients who did not undergo renal pathological examination or are not diagnosed with non-MCD; 2?Secondary renal diseases caused by various reasons, such as congenital or genetic disorders, early connective tissue diseases, infections, drug-induced nephropathy, etc. 3?Patients with severe comorbidities, such as malignancies. 4?Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 5?Patients with incomplete medical records or those lost to follow-up for various reasons.
