Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.a confirmed diagnosis of gastric disease; 2.elective or emergency gastric surgery; 3.availability of complete perioperative clinical data, including demographic characteristics, surgical details, and postoperative outcomes; 4.a minimum follow-up duration of 24 h postoperatively to assess early complications and pain-related outcomes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.postoperative transfer to the ICU; 2.missing 24-hour postoperative pain scores.
