Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Menstrual cessation for more than 1 year ; 2. Age range: 50-70 years old; 3. After a full body examination, there are reports of bone density testing and related tests such as estrogen (estradiol E2); 4. Physically healthy, with a body mass index between 18.5-25, an unbalanced diet and no systemic diseases (physical examination reports show no significant abnormalities in any indicators); 5. Periodontal health (specific standards can be found later), with at least 20 teeth retained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of smoking and excessive drinking in the past three years (drinking more than 5 times a week, with an average of 2 liang of Baijiu or half jin of yellow rice wine or more than 5 bottles of beer each time); 2. I have been taking antibiotics, probiotics, and osteoporosis related drugs in the past three months, such as sodium phenobarbital, carbamazepine, bisphosphonates, calcium supplements, estrogen, etc; 3. In the past two weeks, there have been symptoms such as gastrointestinal diarrhea or constipation; 4. Have a history of endocrine disorders, liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, and other related systemic diseases; 5. Unable to understand the experimental plan, unable to cooperate with clinical examinations and operations.
