Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 3 months old; 2. Clinically diagnosed children with biliary atresia who need to undergo Kasai surgery; 3.The patient himself/herself, the legal representative or the guardian should sign the informed consent form and actively cooperate with the treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low birth weight infants or very low birth weight infants; 2. Merging life-threatening diseases in various organ systems; 3. Other severe digestive tract malformations or other diseases that may interfere with the treatment of the child or the child's compliance; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the last month; 5. Any other circumstances where the researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in the trial.
