Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > = 60 years old; 2.conform to the diagnostic criteria of pneumonia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who died 24 hours after admission; 2.End-stage of disease; 3.Patients who are not suitable for lung ultrasound examination; 4.Patients who dropped out of the study;
