Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the disease diagnosis standard of International Evidence-based Guidelines for Assessment and Management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (2023 edition); 2. The education level is primary school or above, and the language understanding, expression and communication skills are normal; 3.BMI >= 24kg/m^2; 4.15 years old < = age < =44 years old; 5. Voluntary participation and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cognitive dysfunction and neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Suffering from other chronic diseases that seriously affect the quality of life of patients, such as malignant tumors; 3. Congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, androgenic tumor, ovarian interstitial cell membrane hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases leading to hyperandrogenism; 4. Complicated with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Those who can't do physical activities and those who have sports taboos.
