Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes diagnostic criteria: Symptoms of diabetes include random venous plasma glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/dl); fasting venous plasma glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L (126 mg/dl); during OGTT, 2-hour venous plasma glucose >= 11.1 mmol/L (200 mg/dl). 2. Age of onset is less than 40 years; 3. Family history of diabetes; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merging with other serious diseases: Patients with other serious endocrine diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, or malignant tumors that may interfere with the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes; 2. Mental state: Patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate in completing the necessary examinations and treatments; 3. Other situations deemed inappropriate for participating in this study by researchers based on specific circumstances.
