Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of sepsis and ICU admission for the first time; 3.Conscious or light calm after awakening can match the scale for assessment of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Limb deformities, paralysis, fracture, or surgery, affect the muscle strength of primary systemic neuromuscular diseases (such as guillain-barre syndrome, amyotrophy amyotrophic lateral sclerosis); 3.Affect movement features of intracranial trauma or spinal cord injury; 4.Into the ICU within 24 h MRC < 48 points of patients.
