18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 2. NSCLC that progressed with the application of second-generation ALK-TKI from January 2018 to December 2027 3. Confirmed as ALK positive by Ventana-D5F3 IHC, FISH, qRT-PCR or NGS methods 4. Before and after the patient changes the treatment plan, there is evaluable information on efficacy (imaging, pathology) and safety 5. The expected follow-up period is until December 2030

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete information on efficacy and safety in the case data 2. Patients who are lost to follow-up
