Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Admitted to the ICU within 48 hours; 3.Requires enteral nutrition support and can safely establish a nasogastric or nasoenteric feeding tube; 4.Expected to stay in the ICU for >= 3 days; 5.APACHE II score >= 15; 6.Undergo enteral nutrition therapy with short - peptide enteral nutrition formula for >= 3 days; 7.The patient or his/her legal guardian signs the informed consent form to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving palliative care or expected to die within 48 hours; 2.Patients with conditions requiring strict protein restriction (hepatic encephalopathy, severe renal insufficiency with eGFR < 30 ml/min); 3.Pregnant patients; 4.Patients allergic to the components of the enteral nutrition formula; 5.Patients participating in other clinical studies related to enteral nutrition;
