Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone liver transplantation and are currently in the general ward for liver transplant recovery; 2. The subjects or their authorized representatives have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not been admitted to the general liver transplant ward; 2. Patients who already had an infection before the surgery (based on the blood NGS results of our hospital on the day before the surgery); 3. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months before the start of the study; 4. Patients or their authorized representatives do not wish to sign the written informed consent form or do not comply with the study protocol.
