Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets diagnostic criteria for HIV infection.; 2. Disease duration = 18 years; 4. Alert and oriented, able to communicate effectively; 5. Provides informed consent and voluntarily participates in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who, prior to HIV infection, had been diagnosed with moderate to severe depression, schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders, or had suicidal tendencies; 2. Participants who have severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or who suffer from autoimmune-related diseases; 3. Participants who fail to fully participate in the survey as required; 4. Participants who experience disease deterioration or develop severe adverse reactions; 5. Participants who discontinue or withdraw from the study for any other reason.
