Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years with colonoscopy reports indicating the presence of polyps in the colon or rectum with a diameter of >= 2cm who agree to have them removed. 2. The gastrointestinal treatment includes one of the following methods: endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), or hot snare polypectomy (HSP).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative use of anticoagulants (warfarin, low molecular weight), antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel, cilostazol), coagulation disorders, oral hormones. 2. Severe comorbidities, such as cancer (e.g., advanced colorectal cancer patients) and organ failure, cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease, active systemic infections, anorectal diseases, severe fibrosis, perforation. 3. Inability to cooperate: pregnancy, breastfeeding, mental disorders. 4. Submucosal lesions of the intestinal mucosa, such as rectal neuroendocrine tumors, colon lipomas, colon leiomyomas, stromal tumors, cysts.
