Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 18 and above, who are not postmenopausal. 2. Patients infected with high-risk HPV types (HPV16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68) undergo biopsy under colposcopy with a fully visible transformation zone. 3. Diagnosis of chronic cervicitis, CIN I, CIN II, CIN III, or cervical cancer is made based on biopsy pathology results. 4. No use of vaginal douches, antibiotics, or antifungal medications within 30 days prior to treatment. 5. No cervical physical therapy has been performed within the 3 months prior to treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 2. History of cervical excision, cervical neoplasia, or pelvic radiotherapy. 3. Concurrent acute inflammation of the reproductive system. 4. Concurrent severe impairment of heart, liver, or kidney function. 5. Concurrent diabetes or immune system diseases. 6. Coagulation function abnormalities.
