Health behavior promotion

Interventions

Intervention Group:(1) Team Competition: Divide into 4 teams according to gender/number ratio
(2) Task mechanism: participate in team competition after completing the basic goal (weekly team score ranking+top 10% extra points for individuals)
(3) Reward mechanism: certificates, bonus points and material rewards (the top 10% are 400 yuan)
(4) Real-time feedback: progress bar of exercise, weekly/weekend leaderboard.
Control Group:(1) using the same platform and equipment
(2) receiving the same moving target (>=150min MVPA/ week or >=900 METs/ week)
(3) Do not participate in gamification mechanisms such as points, teams, competitions and leaderboards.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-time college students aged 18-25 with smart phones; (2) 18.5 <= BMI <= 30.0; (3) Good health and normal participation in sports activities; (4) I or my legal guardian agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having serious physical or mental illness and exercise contraindications; (2) Participated in other sports intervention projects in the past 3 months; (3) Taking psychotropic drugs.
