Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the elderly in the community >= 60 years old 2. Independent activities are not restricted 3. Hearing is not seriously impaired, and simple communication can be carried out

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study 2. Those who have underlying diseases and cannot receive treatment 3. Patients who cannot understand or fill in the questionnaire 4. Those who are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial due to other reasons in the opinion of the investigator
