Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chest or abdominal plain CT images will be collected from adult patients who underwent examinations at West China Hospital of Sichuan University (Main Campus, Wenjiang Campus, Shangjin Campus, and Tianfu Campus) between March 2023 and March 2025. Eligible participants must be aged 18 years or older, have available PB-QCT bone density reports, and have CT images of good quality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if CT images show severe artifacts or interference from metallic implants, incomplete imaging data, or if the patients have severe vertebral deformities or a history of spinal surgery.
