Interventions

Experimental group:Based on the perioperative risk assessment level of the patient, develop perioperative risk management strategies, and manage perioperative risks by a centralized perioperative mana
Control group:Conduct perioperative risk assessment without taking any intervention measures.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 500 elderly patients aged >= 60 years were enrolled in 5-6 hospitals from 2025.03 to 2025.12. Surgeries include hip replacement, knee replacement, spinal compression fractures, limb fractures and other bone and joint surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above pre-operative diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with multiple fractures accompanied by severe organ failure or life-threatening conditions requiring emergency surgery; 3. Patients who have undergone major surgery in the past month; 4. Patients with severe underlying medical or mental illnesses that prevent them from effectively executing the management plan.
