65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65–90 years; 2.Elective non-cardiac thoracic surgery; 3.General anaesthesia with tracheal intubation; 4.Extubation planned in the PACU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PACU stay < 50 minutes; 2.Digestive endoscopy or bronchoscopic surgery; 3.PACU stay prolonged due to non-clinical reasons (e.g., pathology waiting); 4.History of major psychiatric illness; 5.Severe hepatic/renal dysfunction; 6.Significant visual/hearing impairment.
