Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent surgical treatment after trauma (head and face: intracranial hematoma, brain contusion and laceration, epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma, neck knife, cut wound, multiple facial fractures; 2. Chest: rib fracture, hemopneumothorax, tracheobronchial injury, mediastinal injury. Abdomen: liver rupture, spleen rupture, gastrointestinal rupture, kidney rupture, pancreatic damage; 3. Spinal fracture; 4. Limbs and pelvis: long bones and joints of the limbs, pelvic fractures; 5. Systemic soft tissue and vascular injury).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-traumatic patients (snake bites, bee stings, scalds, burns, electric shocks, lightning strikes); 2. Patients who did not undergo surgery or discontinued treatment; 3. Patients under 18 years of age; 4. History of pre-existing blood disorders (leukemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenia, etc.); 5. History of pre-existing liver cirrhosis; 6. Pregnant women.
