Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade II-III 2.Age between 18 and 40 years old 3.Gestational age at 36 weeks and above and scheduled for selective routine cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 ,with spinal anesthesia contraindications 2, serious liver or kidney damage, heart and lung disease 3. There are uterine rupture, umbilical cord prolapse, pregnancy-induced hypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia and other serious obstetric complications. 4, body mass index of 35 kg / m^2 and above 5 Intravertebral anesthesia block incomplete or failure, transfer to general anesthesia 6.Intraoperative bleeding more than 1500ml 7. Allergic or intolerant to any study drug
