Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 2. Gender is not limited 3. Diabetic foot gangrene requiring lower limb surgery (including thigh amputation and calf amputation) 4. ASA grade II~IV 5. Complete case data 6. Anesthesia regimen: general anesthesia (laryngeal mask) combined with nerve block vs. nerve block alone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Troponin was not detected during the perioperative period 2. Debridement surgery for diabetic foot gangrene 3. The case information is incomplete 4. Incomplete case data
