18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with loose orbital septum presenting as a broad bean-shaped bulge and herniation under the eyes in a horizontal gaze; (2) Patients undergoing their first blepharoplasty for eye bags; (3) Good compliance with examinations, willing to cooperate with preoperative high-frequency ultrasound examination and postoperative follow-up; (4) Age over 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone other ocular surgeries in the past. (2) Patients with scars, inflammation or tumors in the examination area; (3) pregnancy; (4) Patients with acute conjunctivitis, keratitis and other ocular infections; (5) Patients with severe dry eye syndrome (Schirmer test < 5mm/5min).
