Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with GOLD grade III–IV COPD (as per GOLD guidelines, FEV1/FVC < 0.7) complicated by invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (meeting Bulpa criteria for proven, probable, or putative IPA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merged active pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer, and other invasive fungal infections; 2. Hematological malignancies, solid organ transplants, HIV infections; 3. Missing medical records >30% of key data (such as lung CT or X-ray, etc.).
