Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 and above, no gender restriction; 2. Outpatients with a clear diagnosis of hypertension, with a stable antihypertensive treatment regimen for at least 4 weeks, currently taking 3 or fewer types of antihypertensive medications. Office blood pressure measured over 3 consecutive days: systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg. 3. Signed informed consent. 4. Individuals who plan to have 2 health check-ups per year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Clinic blood pressure: Systolic blood pressure =180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg; 2.Patients with hemodynamic instability such as severe aortic regurgitation; 3.Severe arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation); 4.Severe pleural effusion; 5.Height 230cm, or weight 230.0kg; 6.Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases, infections, tumors, and malnutrition; 7.Severe cardiac and renal insufficiency and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (acute myocardial infarction, acute stroke) occurred within half a year. 8.hypertensive emergency; 9.secondary hypertension; 10.Patients who are contraindicated to first-line antihypertensive drugs;
