Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old, gender unrestricted, complete clinical information available, traceable; 2.Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer by cytology or histology, and able to provide paraffin-embedded tissue samples; 3.The sample should have a tumor cell content of >=20% and be stored for no more than 2 years before the start of the experiment. 4.The remaining samples can meet the testing requirements, with specific standards being paraffin wax rolls of 10µm (no less than 12 rolls); 5.According to the relevant regulations of our hospital, the conditions for exemption from informed consent are met.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Researchers consider the subjects and samples unsuitable for the study. 2.Samples not stored according to sample preservation requirements; 3.Sample types that do not meet the requirements or samples with insufficient collection volume. 4.The sample is severely degraded or contaminated. 5.Samples that cannot be clearly identified. 6.Does not meet the conditions for exemption from informed consent in our hospital.
