Treatment group:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment added on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy
Sham-treatment group:underwent sham repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) superimposed on conventional rehabilitation therapy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients with hemiplegia of one limb who meet the diagnostic criteria set by the 4th Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association, confirmed by CT and/or MRI, and have the onset for the first time; 2. The stage of shoulder and hand syndrome is stage I.-II., and the diagnosis refers to the standards formulated by the China Rehabilitation Research Center; 3. Stable vital signs; 4. The affected limb is accompanied by hyperalgesia symptoms; 5. Under 80 years old; 6. No serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors and other critical diseases; 7. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by arthritis, rheumatoid, fracture, injury and other diseases of the upper limbs such as shoulders and hands; 2. Upper limb pain caused by other diseases such as cervical spondylosis or myocardial infarction; 3. Lack of consciousness, cognitive dysfunction, etc. 4. Received local injection analgesia and other treatments for shoulder and hand syndrome within 4 weeks; 5. Use of hormones, painkillers, stimulants and sedatives within 48 hours; 6. Contraindications to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, such as pacemakers, intracranial electrical stimulators, dentures, etc.; 7. Previous history of chronic pain.
